Requesting this form via post will mean you will not have to incur the time and travel usually required to secure a form at your local Post Office. Not to mention the parking fee’s incurred and time spent queuing up.
Please note this form cannot be sent to an address outside the UK as if you are not in the UK you will need to use “OS Passport Application Form” instead which unlike the UK edition can be found in PDF format online.
